DESIRE!

Thousands of
efforts and that many thinking caps might be put on to find out what
propels MAN for success and to achieve greater heights in life.The
answer which is many of us would find debatable, however lies not in
money, fame and power (which most of us believed it to be),but in
DESIRE.
If money, fame and power are the reasons, than it
wont last long leaving one well behind what one surge for initially.
When it comes to daily basis, motivation based on those three is short
lived and one fails miserably.However, on the other hand it is the
Desire within oneself that keeps one focused, determined, and working
deligently towards that "desire" one have.
It is this
Desire that pushes you to hang on a little more, which enables you to
overcome any mental, physical and the ecological hurdles that exists.
This has been acknowledged and endorsed by many management scholars and
many motivational theorists who proved that the human factor is a much
more dominating in terms of getting the best out of Man, than the
economic(salary, perks, incentives etc) and other factors(working
condition, recognition etc). Thus, there is nothing that is stopping one
to be something or from having what one wants in life, except you.
If
you are finding yourself drifting away from your earlier path, then
introspect and blot 0ut those things that are making you weak as soon as
possible. The quote "nobody is defeated untill he starts blaming
somebody/something else" is a fitting one here.Therefore, whatever be
our dreams and goals, if one has the desire there is no stopping it.
Keep it burning!
