With tenderness she hold this flesh of mine,
All my doubts gone and fears but surrenders.
Soothing lullaby she hums when in odd hours I've cried helplessly.
The lips whispered, and still whispers a prayer for me..
To light the path, and lead the way.
How great is this love that never failed to embrace me?!
Your hand held tight against mine-
As you help me learn ABC's..
And still holding it tight when amongst crowd I shudder;
longing for a company.
The seed of love you have sown,
blossoms amidst the reigning shadows.
The kiss that cast all my pains away-
Reminding me, life is not always a bed of roses,
Yet a little faith and love and a prayer can bring a rainbow in the cloud.
The comfort in your tunes, lifts up a heavy heart.
Your feet that walked with me life's uphills and downs-
From cradle to those tiny steps made..
And even closer now as we journeyed on.
May you always be blessed, Bringing joy wherever you go.

For an angel walks the earth.
