TO DADDY

Printing my foot in the receiving earth,
I was lost; loaded with doubts.
The whole big world and a tiny me?!
Never did I realize how beautiful;
How precious my existence is..
Until there comes a voice from a dear loving Father..
''Never alone you will be'', he softly whisper as he smile.
Together Daddy and I journeyed on by and by..
Yes, i was not alone...
But never did I really understood,
Of how much love a father lavish upon his children..
How much prayers he whispered;
the tears he cried in silence..
Life then takes an unexpected turn.
I have wandered far from the blissful abode,
The smooth pavement once enjoyed now is filled with potholes..
Then came heavy heartaches; pains and sorrows..
Mistakes that seemed too much to be forgiven;
The prices I pay for my every deeds. When everyone walks away..
Leaving me to suffer in agony.
There... He still stood right beside me.
His arms out stretched; still open wide...
''My little girl, I've been waiting for you...
Never alone you will be..
For I am here, And I love you so much,
Together, once again lets surmount your obstacles-
Together we will reach the summit,'' said he.
There is no such love that ask nothing in return.
Who shield us from worldy vices..
His strength fails, vital signs slowly fades..
Yet there is no match for this super being.
I know I'm never alone; For his promise stands still,
The only man in my life; one who accept me and is not blind to my tears..
Daddy, I promise though the stretching lanes seems hard to cover..
I shall fight to bring back those smiles.. I
'd give it all to put that sparkle on your eyes.
Dad, because of you I know there's another way of being..
Daddy, with you I will face anything..
For you love your little girl much more than she can ever comprehend..
