WHAT YOU CAN DO WHEN YOU ARE LONELY

In human life boredom or lonliness are some of the common symtoms that we had when we are far aways from families, friends and pals. To deal with those feeling here are some simple ways that you can initiate to ease away the pain or boredome.

Here we Go

#Help Other:
Visit homes for senior citizens or handicapped people to lend a helping hand. Listening and empathizing with others is useful.

#Develop Communication Skills:
Don't be critical and sarcastic while talking, and lear to listen.

#Cultivate Friends:
Having close friends will help you feel connected. Avoid people who don't treat you well even if you are feeling lonely.

#Developing New Interests:
Take up hobby, start collecting that fascinates you. Fix something that needs to be fixed.

#Be Happy:
Choose to be positive collect inspirational thoughts, good jokes, poems and literary masterpieces.

#Read A Lot:
Good books are like friends.

#Stop Escaping :
Avoid sleeping too much, overeating, watching too much TV and daydreaming to avoid loneliness.

#Keep A Dairy:
Write down your thoughts, and describe what is affecting you.

#Love Animals:
Keep a pet to give you company and help you relax.

#Strike Conversations :
Stay in touch with your neighbours, collegues and raletives.
